Women Empowerment

Project Overview

The Women Empowerment Project aims to uplift marginalized women by providing them with vocational training, entrepreneurship opportunities, and awareness of their legal rights. We believe that an empowered woman transforms not just her family, but her entire community.

Objective

To train 500 women annually in various vocational skills and support at least 100 women in starting their own micro-enterprises or self-help groups (SHGs).

Key Activities

  • Setting up vocational training centers (stitching, beautician courses, handicrafts).
  • Forming and nurturing Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for financial independence.
  • Conducting workshops on financial literacy, reproductive health, and legal rights.
  • Facilitating market linkages for products created by women entrepreneurs.
